Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide, with free shipping in the U.S. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our support team at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If tracking has not updated in several days, or if your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll work to help locate or replace your package.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped as soon as your return is processed.
